CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of all scheduled services. This includes instances of lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, to your scheduled service, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and a 50% charge.

CARD ON FILE

Effective January 1st, 2023 Omagi will require a credit card be saved, on-file, prior to the scheduling of any services. This will guarantee your appointment, as well create an efficient salon visit. Your information will be secured in the encrypted software and can be updated at any time.

PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT POLICY
For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services.

CHILDREN POLICY
We love children… some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best-behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grown-ups disrupt their experience!

PET POLICY
The state board of cosmetology and the board of consumer affairs have specific rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “service animal” vests are the only exception to this rule.
